Join us at the Father Carpenter Coffee Bar in Kreuzberg for a 2 hour course that explores the fundamentals of coffee roasting using the Nucleus Tools Link sample roaster. Designed for baristas, café professionals, and curious enthusiasts, this session offers a clear, practical look into how roasting shapes flavour.
You’ll learn to identify key phases of the roast, track development, and taste how different profiles influence the cup. It’s not about theory for theory’s sake—it’s about building confidence through doing.

We roast, pack and ship all coffee orders on Tuesdays, with the cutoff for orders being midday Monday (Berlin-time).
Shipping companies used are: UPS & DHL.
Non-business customers: Your orders are shipped with DHL, are tracked and the cost of your shipping is calculated in the checkout depending on your location and order value. The option for free pickup is available from our Mitte cafe
Business customers located in Germany: Your order is send with DHL and a tracking code is provided.
Business customers outside of DE: your orders are shipped with UPS and a tracking link is provided when we complete your order.
Your shipping cost is calculated in the Checkout depending on the net order value and your delivery location.
In compliance with German laws, all orders are refundable within 14 days of purchase date, with the condition that the goods are returned to us sealed & undamaged. If you’d like your order to be refunded for any reason, please contact us HERE
