Grown at high elevations in the southern reaches of Yirgacheffe, this washed lot from Chelchele is a clear expression of Ethiopia’s celebrated coffee heritage. Meticulous sorting and traditional washed processing bring out striking clarity and refined sweetness.
In the cup, expect layered notes of black tea, ripe strawberry, and fresh raspberry. A delicate florality runs through the profile, balanced by a bright, juicy acidity and a clean, tea-like finish.
Harvested in the 2024/2025 season and roasted for espresso, this coffee offers a precise, elegant experience - one that celebrates the complexity and beauty of Ethiopia’s landrace varieties.

We roast, pack and ship all coffee orders on Tuesdays, with the cutoff for orders being midday Monday (Berlin-time).
Shipping companies used are: UPS & DHL.
Non-business customers: Your orders are shipped with DHL, are tracked and the cost of your shipping is calculated in the checkout depending on your location and order value. The option for free pickup is available from our Mitte cafe
Business customers located in Germany: Your order is send with DHL and a tracking code is provided.
Business customers outside of DE: your orders are shipped with UPS and a tracking link is provided when we complete your order.
Your shipping cost is calculated in the Checkout depending on the net order value and your delivery location.
