Welcoming back the washed Pink Bourbon from Ricardo Silva, a favourite of ours. The taste of Huila. 

We find hints of the quintessential Colombia, with bright citric acidity woven through crystal clear sugarcane sweetness. Everyone drinking specialty coffee has had a Colombian coffee that strikes just the right chord. The Pink Bourbon from Ricardo Silva strikes the chord of our heart. A favourite of ours, yearly.
