We take coffee, food and hospitality seriously. We're committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests, maintaining consistently high standards, and building a workplace where people are respected, challenged and encouraged to grow.
As FoH Manager, you'll play a central role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, supporting our team and ensuring that our standards are delivered every single day.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll work closely with management, take ownership of daily operations and lead by example on the floor.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Leading, supporting and developing our front-of-house team.
-
Maintaining exceptional standards of service, hospitality and presentation.
-
Coordinating communication between the kitchen, bar and service teams.
-
Managing daily operations, staff scheduling and shift performance.
-
Overseeing ordering, inventory and supplier relationships.
-
Monitoring costs, efficiency and operational performance.
-
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
-
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
-
Identifying problems, taking initiative and implementing improvements.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in their work and workplace, and understands that good leadership requires accountability, empathy and holding people to our standards.
You should ideally have:
-
Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory position.
-
A strong understanding of restaurant operations and excellent service.
-
Confident communication and team leadership skills.
-
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
-
The ability to remain calm, decisive and effective under pressure.
-
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
-
Confidence working with scheduling, reporting and restaurant management systems.
-
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Above all, we're looking for someone who cares. Someone who notices the details, holds themselves and others to high standards, and believes that hospitality is about more than simply serving food and coffee.
What You Can Expect
-
A meaningful leadership role in an established Berlin hospitality business.
-
The opportunity to influence how we operate and develop our team.
-
A workplace built around quality, consistency, respect and accountability.
-
A collaborative, international team.
If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
