Brand Communications Manager

The primary responsibility for this role is to ensure & execute our brand message being clearly communicated through outwards communication & touch points.

You will be required to define and control our brand message including how we communicate, in both written and graphic form. This should be an evolving process; over time we may need to alter our brand message.


You will also be responsible for ensuring that outward communication platforms, such as Instagram, our website, email campaigns, our packaging and any other communication tool are using the correct brand message and are up to date.

Ongoing Tasks

  • Acquiring up to date content (imagery and video)
  • Regular posting on social media platforms (frequency to be defined with your manager)
  • Regular newsletters
  • Regular posting on our website’s blog (frequency to be defined with your manager)
  • Responding to incoming comments and inquiries from our social media accounts
  • Commenting and engaging with our community (also the broader coffee community) on social media
  • Ensuring website is up to date, accurate and on brand - Keeping content library organised
