The area of Colombia that the washing station Mártir Coffee is located provokes a deep feeling of nostalgia for us, as we have spent a lot of time in the area cupping through countless coffees, & getting to know the area and the people. 

The flavour profile of this coffee is one that everyone can understand, appreciate and enjoy, with soft citric acidity from the Yuzu, and a round and thick sweetness tasting of milk chocolate and caramel.
