Ricardo Silva grows a coffee that we're sure has purpose woven into the fabric of it's being. 

Dialing this coffee in, on any grinder, seems to be easier than expected, and the taste experience differs a lot but any and all are at their core - deeply pleasurable. Every one is filled with Orchard fruits like pears and ripe, sweet apples. There is a raw sweetness that reminds one of trips to warm climates where people have drinks sweetend with local sugarcane.
